Led by Head Chef Fredric Goh, Po’s new menu presents a modern expression of Peranakan cuisine, drawing from culinary traditions passed down through generations and lesser known recipes from the past. Rooted in time honoured techniques, each dish is given a contemporary update while staying true to the flavours and stories of Peranakan cooking.
