The menu at Po showcases the richness of modern Peranakan dining, shaped by family recipes, regional ingredients and lesser known culinary traditions. Beloved Po classics sit alongside new signatures, all reinterpreted for today’s table while staying deeply connected to the stories and sense of home at the heart of Peranakan cooking.
Like our iconic Popiah, the menu reveals itself in layers, bringing together contrasts, textures and small moments of surprise. There is comfort in what feels known, but also pleasure in discovering something a little unexpected. We’d like to think of it as a different kind of familiar — one that would make even the toughest Popo proud.
