Popo Knows Best

Welcome to Po. Named after Popo, the Chinese word
for grandmother, Po is a heartfelt tribute to the flavours that raised us. Rooted in Singapore’s rich multicultural heritage, our menu draws from recipes passed down through generations, made from scratch with
locally sourced ingredients and prepare using
time-honoured techniques.

Each dish is a heartfelt expression of tradition
and holds a deep sense of home.

Meet Our Head Chef, Fredric Goh

The dishes we grow up with carry the flavours, traditions, and memories that shape who we are. For Fredric Goh, preserving these recipes is about ensuring that the food and culture we cherish today can continue to be experienced by generations to come.

Guided by this belief, his journey has taken him through some of Singapore’s most celebrated kitchens, where he worked alongside renowned chefs and deepened his appreciation for heritage cuisine. Today, Chef Fredric brings those experiences to the table through a dedication to reviving forgotten recipes and refining beloved classics for the modern palate.
