Popo only buys her popiah skin from the famous Kway Guan Huat, an institution in Singapore's food heritage, following traditions handed down through three generations of hawkers. They are handmade daily and delivered fresh to popo. Premium ingredients are peppered throughout her dishes, elevating and refining familiar local signatures.
